I started to use Wunderkit to manage some personal projects and I found it interesting. The tool is still in Beta and is available for Web, iPhone and Mac.

A tickler file is presented as a key tool for organization in David Allen’s book Getting things Done. I’m searching for an electronic version of this system. And so far I didn’t find anything that give full satisfaction. The 2 tools I found are email notification in the future:

I will provide some feedback once I will use those tools for some time.

I came across this great screen shot tool that is mainly dedicated to software testers. Therefore it is easy to capture screen shot and also to add annotation. It’s very handy for bug creation. The tool has also some advanced features like the ability to send screen shots to servers or email clients like outlook.

The private beta phase is finished for Evernote, the Note taking application. The service is now open for the public. Webware provides a review of version 3 here.

I’m testing Evernote, a great Notes taking and synchronization software. Actually the service is still in close d beta mode. If you want an invitation, leave a comment and I will send one. Starting today, Xobni is publicly available for anyone to download after seven months of invite-only beta. I use it since a few months and it changed the way I navigate in Outlook: Now most of the time, when I search a mail, I remember who sent me that mail. I search that person and afterwards I browse the conversations with that person to find the mail.

I came across an amazing phone service called Jaxtr which mixes phone and social networking:

Today I came across this amazing Unix Cheat Sheet that list some of the most useful Unix commands. And of course as Unix is not unique, the Unix Toolbox covers most of the Linux distribution, FreeBSD, and Solaris.
