I’m curious of the impact of Home (Yann Arthus Bertrand’s Movie) released last Friday on the European election that took place today. At least in France, we notice the higher score for an Ecology party (around 16 % according first estimations). I’m sure the movie release and all the buzz around Environment’s protection the days before the election played a role in this good score. Even if it’s for the sake of saving our planet, it’s propaganda.

Times On Line published another Top 100 Films list. I find the ranking rather strange. For instance Steven Spielberg’s E.T. is at the third place. But some of my favorites movies are in the list:

Yesterday, I came across Wizzgo, a Web 2.0 service to record French TV shows. You select the show that you want to record then afterwards, you might see it on you PC, Media center, iPod or iPhone. I’m still testing the service. I will provide a more detailed review, once I will try the main features.

Torrentfreak reports that The Corporation a documentary that received 20 awards at the Sundance film festival is available for download for free on bittorrent networks. The synopsis taken from film web site states:

TorrentFreak published a review of Allpeers. Allpeers is a Firefox extension designed to share pictures, music and video within Firefox. There is also an interview of Matthew Gertner from Allpeers. Actually the sofware is a Beta but look promissing. In the current version, as reported, you can only share files with people in your buddy list (friends and family).
