The Daily Telegraph reports that there is a lottery organized  “to sell” a house in Andalusia (Spain) that worth € 1.5 Million. Each ticket for the draw costs 25 €.  The sellers expect to sell 88 000 tickets before the draw (on May 1st 2009). This gives € 2.2 Million. More than the house estimate price.
