Google released a few days ago Google site, which is basically a service designed to create wiki applications for organizations: companies, schools, etc. Google Site is integrated in Google Apps. And when you setup Site, a domain name is required: either an existing one or a new one. Web worker daily suggests that Google Site should be available as an option on Web Hosting panels.
