There is a very strange building at 39 Avenue George V in Paris. The building seems to melt (see Image and Video below), but in fact it is just a front to hide the true building renovation in progress. There are more information here.

Amazinizg! Ive never seen a melting building before, what is it? Apartments or condos?? They should make something like this in the U.S that would be nice!
