Last week, I discovered a very useful software called Workrave. This software assists in the recovery and prevention of Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI). But you may also use it to increase productivity and stop procrastination. Basicaly, Workrave is a timer, that will alert you for micro-pauses or long breaks. You may use long breaks to exercise (the software provides some sample exercise to avoid RSI) or to drink a coffee, etc.
