I spent a few weeks to search for a Web Hosting solution. I finally choose Dreamhost. The sites below helped me to make my decision. So they could also be useful for people searching a web host. Here is the list with a few comments on each:

• Web Hosting Jury: Provides review on web Host. Users that write review give a rating on Customer service and reliability. Best web hosts have higher rating. Of course, we must balance this with the number of review. So if you think that you have found the host matching your wishes, this site allow to check the host reputation. For instance Dreamhost is not the best in terms of reliability and customer service, but its rating is correct (8.68 for 38 reviews).
• Web Host Magazine: There are some interesting reviews here.
• Host Color Europe: You don’t have much in their hosting plans, but it remains cheap. This host is located in Europe (UK).
• whreviews.com: This is a very useful resource. From this site, you will learn mainly that you cannot choose a host just by reading their hosting plans.
• webhostingtalk: Forum about hosting. Another tool to figure out a host repution. You must balance negative and positive opinions. And take into account the fact that people give more negative opinions than positive ones.
• Ultracheap Hosts: Another site made by the guy who made whreviews. This is a 15 minutes guide to find a web
• webhostingrebates: This site offers rebate coupons for many Web Hosts. Once you have made your choice, you may look here to see if the choosen host offer rebates.  
• Dreamhost discount: If Dreamhost is your final choice, you may search discount coupons using Google. There are many. The best one coupon code that I found is ‘777′. This code gives you a $110 reduction for a one year subscription. If this one doesn’t work, you may use my discount code ‘JLPC’ to get a $50 discount for a L1 yearly subscription.
